This policy covers kaleidal.com and kaleidalmedia.com, run by Kaleidal LLC, an Oregon limited liability company (“Kaleidal”, “we”, “us”).

The short version

• These sites have no accounts, sign-up forms, cookies, advertising or tracking.
• We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you.
• If you email us, we use your message only to reply. We don't sell or share your personal information.

Information our hosting provider processes

These sites are served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the sites against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Visitor statistics

Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us totals only, such as page views and countries. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and doesn't tell us who you are.

Emails

If you email one of our addresses, your message passes through our domain and email providers and is stored in our business email account. We use what you send (your name, email address and message) only to answer you, and we keep it only as long as we need to help. Ask us and we'll delete it.

Links to other sites

These sites link to Kaleidal's tools and to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies. Kaleidal Mapper and the other tools at kaleidal.app have their own privacy policy, terms and refund policy.

Children

These sites aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or in California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email info@kaleidal.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

If the company changes hands

If Kaleidal LLC, or part of it, is sold, merged or reorganised, the small amount of information we hold (such as emails you've sent us) may pass to the new owner, who must keep protecting it as this policy describes.
